Office Policies

Effective September 1, 2008:

  1. Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:30 am until 6:00 pm. Please call today to take advantage of these new convenient hours! 281-419-2220
  2. Check-In - For all new clients please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that all paperwork may be completed before you are scheduled to start your treatment.
  3. Late Arrivals - We try our best to stay on schedule! Please help us by showing up to your scheduled treatment on time. If you show up more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time we will not guarantee service that day.
  4. No Shows or Cancellations - Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment time. If you do not call you may be subject to $50 fee or refusal of further treatment.
  5. Minors - Due to our liability insurance policy, children are not allowed to accompany you during your appointment. Children are also not permitted to wait in the lobby without adult supervision while you receive your treatment/services.
  6. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of your service. All specials (including packages) are valid ONLY if paid at time of first treatment.
  7. Cell Phones - Your treatment time is valuable! Please turn your cell phone off during your service.
  8. Referral Program - For every ONE person you refer to Medical Aesthetics and Laser, who purchases a service, we will send you a $50 coupon in the mail to be used in our office! Please make certain your referrals leave your full name so you can take advantage of our "Refer and Save" program!
  9. Refund Policy - All sales are final. Payments are transferable, to be used as in-house credit on other services and/or products.
  10. Returned Checks - All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
