Alene “Al” Rutledge

Alene is originally from Arkansas and moved to Texas 17 years ago. She was Dr. Bill Crowders nurse for 13 years at Women's Healthcare Affiliates in The Woodlands, Texas. She then joined Dr. Crowder and Dr. Reeves at Medical Aesthetics & Laser, a premier medical spa, specializing in laser hair removal, skincare, injectables and fat reduction located in The Woodlands, Texas as the office manager in 2010.

She is married and the mother of lots of four legged kids. In her spare time her hobby and love has been showing miniature horses and Shetland ponies. She has been enjoying this pastime for 10 years.

Donna Seaman, RN

Donna has a BSN degree from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio. She has been an RN for the past 34 years. She has been working at Medical Aesthetics & Laser in The Woodlands, Texas since 2007. She has several years of experience with other medical spas before joining the team at Medical Aesthetics & Laser in The Woodlands, Texas. She has lived in Spring, Texas for the past 28 years – originally from the Cleveland area in Ohio. She has two grown children.

Julie Caballero

Julie grew up in The Woodlands, Texas and is a 1987 graduate from McCullough High School. In 1996 she graduated from North Harris College and went to esthetician school at North Harris College and has been an esthetician for 15 years. She began her career at Medical Aesthetics & Laser in The Woodlands, Texas in 2008. She has two children, a daughter and a son.

Leah Wagner

Leah is a native Texan, born in Houston and grew up in Spring, Texas. She attended Sam Houston State University and Texas A&M. She is a wife, mother of three and a grandmother. She had a career in retail for many years and decided to go back to school at the Aveda Institute to study to become an esthetician and graduated in 2006. She started her career in January of 2007at Medical Aesthetics & Laser a premier medical spa specializing in laser hair removal, skin care, injectables, and fat reduction located in The Woodlands, Texas.

Mary Womack

Mary is a Licensed Massage Therapist, certified in several types of massage including Prenatal Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Massage. She has 20 years of experience in massage therapy. She brings an added benefit to Medical Aesthetics & Laser located in The Woodlands, Texas with her Massage Therapy techniques and experience.

Allison Norman

Allison has now joined our team here at Medical Aesthetics and Laser bringing with her extensive aesthetic knowledge of lasers, skin care as well as Botox and fillers. She resides in Conroe with her husband and 10 year old daughter. She stays busy with her work, family and is active in her church. She enjoys playing golf and keeping active with her daughter that is busy with 4H and softball.
